How many people can stay in the house?
Up to 26 guests across 9 bedrooms. The base rate covers up to 18 people; from 19 to 26 there's an extra charge per person per night. Smaller groups can still rent the whole house — the rate doesn't drop below the base.
How much does it cost to rent the whole house in Guadalajara?
$8,600 MXN per night for up to 18 guests. From 19 to 26 people, an additional $350 MXN per person per night. Booking direct means no platform service fees.
Are events or weddings allowed?
Yes. Weddings, birthdays, company retreats and outside catering are all welcome for an additional fee. Just tell us when you book so we can quote the event and coordinate timing.
What's the minimum stay?
Two nights. A wedding weekend or a Friday-to-Sunday family reunion fits perfectly.
How are the bathrooms distributed?
There are 8 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Six bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom; the three bunk rooms share 2 full baths plus the 2 half baths between them.
Do all bedrooms have air conditioning?
Eight of the nine. Bedroom 6, a bunk room for 2, has no A/C. Every other bedroom does.
Is there parking?
The house has no private parking. There's free street parking, and the Templo Expiatorio lot is two blocks away at 300 MXN per night. Once you're in Colonia Americana, almost everything is walkable.
What's included in the whole-house rental?
